Returns & Refunds
Jokotade wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, please follow the guide below.
- You may return or exchange any eligible item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
- Items must be in new, unused, and salable condition with all tags attached. Items that have been stained, damaged, dimpled or smudged with fingerprints may not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- Items not eligible for return or refunds include gift cards, sale items, items damaged during customer handling, personalized or made-to-order items except for Art Prints. Art Prints are non-refundable but may be exchanged, limit once per order.
- Items purchased through other stockists and retailers are subject to their respective returns and refunds policy and may not be returned to Jokotade. Only items that have been purchased directly from Jokotade.com or in-store, may be returned to Jokotade.
- Eligible returns with receipts will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store/merchandise credit for the purchase amount on the gift receipt.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Shipping and delivery fees for exchanges are charged to customer.
- Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
- To return eligible items, simply click on the button below to get started, a representative will follow up with shipping instructions within 24 - 48 hours.
